Meet Jess

As a Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and ‘foodie’, I am passionate about the power of food, movement and our mindset, and the influence, positive or negative, it has on our health - hence my focus on holistic wellness. 

Having lived in London from 2010-2017, running 3 London-based nutrition clinics and delivering corporate wellness talks to companies around Europe, I was fortunate to work with thousands of clients over this 7-year period. I understand the pressures that can be placed on the body as a result of juggling a thriving career with social life and family demands. I know this pressure oh too well, because I too, experienced it.

Inspiring people to take micro-steps to turn their health around is my passion, and in my 10+ years of working in the health and fitness industry, I've found that it's sometimes the most simple changes (performed consistently) that make the most significant difference. I've also realised that it's not a lack of information that's often the issue, it's having it communicated in a way that's relatable, inspiring & feels achievable. 

We live in an era where we've never had so much information at our disposal, and whilst this is incredibly exciting, but when it comes to piecemealing a plan together for our own health, this abundance of conflicting information can commonly lead to overwhelm and paralysis from over-analysis, as well as time wasted.

My role is to save you time and spare you of this frustration by working with what you already know about your body and further diagnostic testing where necessary. Together, we will create a refreshingly simple and tailored plan, that gets you deserved results.

When I'm not in my home nutrition clinic, I run health and fitness retreats in Menorca as well as my online group exercise classes via my Online Workout Club

Aside from that, my husband and I enjoy taking our two-year-old rescue dog Boni out on long hikes, discovering new walking routes to share with our Menorcan Retreat guests.

Trying to change multiple habits in one foul swoop sets the majority of people up for failure.

For this reason, so that I can set my clients up for long-term success, I work with people in three different ways: 1 month  coaching, 3 months coaching or 6 months coaching.

The aim for all three options is for self-sufficiency in as short a space of time as possible and re-education so that you are confident in implementing the changes we make to your diet, lifestyle and supplement regime. 

With the support & accountability provided by our regular check-in’s, you'll have the support system you need to implement the necessary changes, and the accountability to ensure you're consistently incorporating these changes into your everyday life. This is where you'll notice changes in your biochemistry and subsequent notable postiive shifts in your health.

We constantly build on your programme and course correct as we go.

PRIOR TO THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

You will be sent a Nutrition Starter Form to complete online which will thoroughly delve into your health history, current symptoms, a 3-day food diary and 
medication history. I will review this prior to our initial consultation so that the time we spend together can be best spent creating your programme together.

INITIAL CONSULTATION EXPLAINED

During our initial consultation, we’ll set clear measurable goals so that we have a clear direction of what you would like to achieve. We will expand on any necessary areas from your filled out Nutrition Starter Form and gather as much information as possible.

Together, we will tailor-make a plan specific to your needs and goals which will include practical food and supplement advice appropriate to your time and budget restraints and cooking ability, ensuring that your plan is achievable & simple to follow.
 
If I feel that herbal or nutritional medicine will help to resolve your health challenges, I will put together a supplement/ herbal plan for you. I only use the highest-grade supplements and herbs available, and you will be given guidance on how to purchase them during our consultation, alongisde any diagnostic tests that could be useful to gain specific heath intel.
 
You will leave the consultation with a Health Improvement Plan (HIP) which will contain everything we have discussed in our consultation. This may include practical dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and/or some insights into patterns that may be impacting on your health.

How do I decide between the 1, 3 or 6 month coaching plan?
1 MONTH COACHING

If you need guidance, accountability, support, and a coach to motivate & help you change your behaviours to get you to where you want to be & your health challenges (i.e. digestion, weight loss, increased sports performance) are fairly recent (i.e. in the last few months), then this option is for you.
 
It allows us to establish a plan & then work together on four occasions over the month, to keep you on track over that period, answer your questions as they crop up, & discuss your experiences and challenges in real time.
 
You will work closely with me & have my undivided attention & support for the 30 days. Together, we will increase your knowledge of nutrition & wellness & the role that your food choices play in your current & future health, enabling you to establish & embed new, healthy habits.  


3 MONTHS COACHING

This is a cost-effective way of enjoying three months with me and having that accountability there to really see some positive changes in your health.
 
After our initial consultation & tailor made plan, we will touch base with a fortnightly 30 minute online call for the first two months. Here we will monitor your progress, resolve potential challenges and set new targets and goals so you continue to improve.
 
In the third month, we will enjoy fortnightly 15 minute check ups, with continued weekly WhatsApp check-ins to keep you on track so you can continue to ask me questions & tailor your plan. We’ll also re-analyse your body composition during this time (if applicable).


6 MONTHS COACHING

This 6 month package is perfect for those of you wanting to commit to your health journey by bundling an initial consultation with 12 follow-up visits at a discounted rate.
 
Just like having a personal trainer to make sure you keep up with your exercises, this is what this coaching set up is about: to make sure you’re consistently taking the right action amongst the busyness of everyday life.
