For this reason, so that I can set my clients up for long-term success, I work with people in three different ways: 1 month coaching, 3 months coaching or 6 months coaching.
The aim for all three options is for self-sufficiency in as short a space of time as possible and re-education so that you are confident in implementing the changes we make to your diet, lifestyle and supplement regime.
With the support & accountability provided by our regular check-in’s, you'll have the support system you need to implement the necessary changes, and the accountability to ensure you're consistently incorporating these changes into your everyday life. This is where you'll notice changes in your biochemistry and subsequent notable postiive shifts in your health.
We constantly build on your programme and course correct as we go.
PRIOR TO THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
You will be sent a Nutrition Starter Form to complete online which will thoroughly delve into your health history, current symptoms, a 3-day food diary and
medication history. I will review this prior to our initial consultation so that the time we spend together can be best spent creating your programme together.
INITIAL CONSULTATION EXPLAINED
During our initial consultation, we’ll set clear measurable goals so that we have a clear direction of what you would like to achieve. We will expand on any necessary areas from your filled out Nutrition Starter Form and gather as much information as possible.
Together, we will tailor-make a plan specific to your needs and goals which will include practical food and supplement advice appropriate to your time and budget restraints and cooking ability, ensuring that your plan is achievable & simple to follow.
If I feel that herbal or nutritional medicine will help to resolve your health challenges, I will put together a supplement/ herbal plan for you. I only use the highest-grade supplements and herbs available, and you will be given guidance on how to purchase them during our consultation, alongisde any diagnostic tests that could be useful to gain specific heath intel.
You will leave the consultation with a Health Improvement Plan (HIP) which will contain everything we have discussed in our consultation. This may include practical dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and/or some insights into patterns that may be impacting on your health.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS
These will be carried out online, and allow us to check in on what's going well, what's been challenging, you'll be able to feedback with any changes you've noticed in your health, and we will set updated goals and recommendations to keep the momentum going to get you closer towards your initial health goal.
